We manufacture prototypes and samples, including smallest lot numbers. Short turn-around, high quality and a proper understanding of advanced electronic technologies are what distinguish us. Manufacturing data are transferred from CAD department (bill of materials, coordinate positions for component fitting, solder paste data) via internal data network of the company
Flexible SMD mounting performed manually or using semiautomatic machine down to 0.3 finepitch and micro-BGA
Complete mounting of conventional components
Press-fit operations e.g. for connectors
Advanced soldering equipment for wave soldering, reflow soldering, vapor phase and manual soldering
Completion of modules and mounting of self-manufactured cables and mechanical parts (radiators, front plates, EMC screening components) plus programming for all circuits
Repair workstations for R&D and re-manufacture
Marking/labeling for identification and traceability
Develop and manufacture test station, build needle adapter
