Pre-volume preparation with test concept and pre-production lot:
- Design and build test station and put test concept into practice
- Employ manual test fixtures or powerful automated testing equipment
- Manufacture under near-volume conditions
- Select and evaluate cooperating partners
Full assembly & commissioning cycle:
- Fully assemble electronic flat modules with software, mechanical parts and package using special technologies (e.g. bonding, potting)
- Develop instructions for start-up procedures
- Perform initial start-up and fault diagnostics (where appropriate)
Volume production & circuit board service:
- By cooperation with various component mounting and board manufacturing companies, a partner is chosen who will be best suited to handle the job, taking required component mounting technologies, lot sizes, turn-around and pricing into account.
